(b) Applicant shall abide by the Laws of the Union of Myanmar and shall not interfere in the internal affairs of the Union of Myanmar.
(c) Legal action will be taken against those who violate or contravene any provision of the existing laws, rules and regulations of the Union of Myanmar.

ENTRY VISA/ BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS
1. Visa Application Forms: to submit (5) copies for each person. Forms may be duplicated.
2. Bio-Data Form: to submit (1) set for each person (for ex-Myanmar Citizen only)
3. Passport size photos: 5
4. Passport with minimum validity of SIX (6) months with sufficient pages for visa endorsement.
5. Visa fee is CDN.00 each, money order or certified cheque made payable to the Embassy of the Union of Myanmar, Ottawa. (Do not send cash)
6. Request letter from company concerned indicating among others, purpose(s) for entry into Myanmar and date of departure from Canada. Include invitation letter/ Telex/ Fax from Myanmar, if any.
7. Self-addressed envelope with sufficient postage or Airway bill (registered, certified or courier) for return of passport and related documents. (Do not use metered stamps)
